WetlandCare Australia at Agro-Trend, Bundaberg 12th - 14th April

Thanks to all who visited the WetlandCare Australia stand in the DEEDI tent at Agro-Trend from Thursday 12 April - Saturday 14 April. Over 1000 people passed our way every day of the biggest rural fair in the region. There was a high interest in our  Coastal 20 Wetlands Project, people were pleased to hear that we are involved in such worthwhile projects in the region. Our information handouts were also well recieved and our environmentally friendly jute carry bags full of posters and promotional brochures proved very popular. 

Many visitors were interested in becoming more involved with the work of WetlandCare Australia, thankyou for leaving your details so that we can connect you with volunteer opportunities and other events in your area. 

The WetlandCare Australia team also appreciated the networking opportunity with Landcare, Oceanwatch, DEEDI and the Burnett Mary Regional Group.

We look forward to events like these in the future.
